Lease Signed at Vancouver Redevelopment

BergerABAM Signs Lease at Vancouver Redevelopment

Eric Turner, Executive Vice President at JLL Portland, has helped the consulting engineering firm BergerABAM relocate to a new office in Vancouver, WA. BergerABAM will be moving from their traditional Class A office space at the Main Place Building into Block 56, a redevelopment of the former Vancouver City Hall building.

BergerABAM’s full floor lease will commence improvements to this “Creative Class” building, the first redevelopment of its kind in the Vancouver market that mimics the highly sought-after style characteristic of the Portland downtown core. The building features will include exposed concrete floors, high ceilings, operable windows and a focus on open, collaborative work spaces.

Craig Davis, principal-in-charge and project manager, of GBD architects will be performing the design work for the building and tenant improvements.
